Izzy's right shoulder scar The swivelling part of the shoulder joint had come loose due to incorrect installation by the manufacturer. The swivel bolt and nut was removed/ replaced washers and added Nord lock washers and Loctite to the thread, the combination of locking washers and loctite prevents the nut loosening, the re-assembled shoulder joint works and holds position.
