You saw the overpleat-underpleat effect on the last image. I just made the skirt wide enough, around the waist, to wrap close at the narrowest point of Pam's waist. But there's no rule against tying the sash a little looser, so the skirt rides lower on her hips and shows off a more generous "slice" of those spectacular thighs ...
