Use shoe strap and ironing blanket to expand arms.

Watch how large these arms can expand. A shoe strap around the arm helps to expand it without armpit damage. Watch out to stretch only where muscles should be to give it definition. Use an ironing blanket of thick felt to shield the rest against the heat. Also the section between fingers leaks very easily when overinflated.
