The pivot shaft has come unglued from the main body. There is nothing holding the pivot shaft in except friction and the pressure of the silicone around it. With care, this doll could have been used indefinately. It would be very loose and clunky, but as long as the shaft didn't pull out of the white donut the silicone would have been adequately supported.
