I dont know what happen to Yohkos face but it is totally ruined.
Some dust came out of A/C maybe also water leaked out, I dont know.
Be careful cleaning a foamie. If dry dirt, try vacuum cleaner, blow air, compressed air, or use a brush to brush it off.
If water is needed try the shower on the part that needs cleaning.
The water dissolve the make up.
