Wash the screwdriver shaft with acetone and push it into the incision unitl it pops out into the hip cavity. Tighten each screw in turn before rotating the joint to get to the next screw. Then screw in the fasteners holding the hip into the metal pelvis and finally attach the bolt and tighten, allowing enough movement for leg movement.
