In the case of adding a removable head
A tube of diameter 8 cm 6 cm long is inserted at the top of the doll.
The top opening is fully closed
The tube is held here with elastic
6) Completion
Padding of the doll with elastomeric fibers which serves to achieve cushion. Start with the chest by two small openings, around the vagina and then finish with the rest

I think also make a head cloth but it is not easy
