In case there is a locking grub-screw, as in the similar back joint, I attempted to remove the aluminium plug, to get at it. Here, I am unding the bolt. That was difficult enough because it was hard to keep the bolt from turning. When I got the bolt out, I was unable to pull the plug out, so I put the bolt back in. It was not essential to get at the grub screw, if there is one.
