It took much working and some equipment that any bdoll lover probably has laying around. I lubed her up with Astroglide and put a condom around the insert. With some careful pushing with my finger in the insert I was able to place the insert. It's in there pretty securely because the columns are still partly there, but I worried that too much action would push the insert all the way inside.
