Flat and still sealed The cart opened and on the floor. It is ON the floor because when the delivery guy brought it in and "righted" it, he righted it UPSIDE DOWN! :-O I had to lower it by myself (@255 lbs, the crate not me LOL), and then quickly examined her for damage, but she was perfect :-) Lily just about had a stroke LOL
