Replace bolt and tighten

These babies can be torqued until the wrist is locked solid and they won't break. I prefer a firm wrist so tighten until the wrist can't be moved and then back off the nut about 1/8 or less of a turn. Chekc movement until you a happy. I would recommend only just slightly stiffer than preferred to allow for a little wear.
