The plate is only a stabeliser-connector for the screws(8layer multy wood plate painted), the rope is actually run around them in a 8 shape, then threugh itself again and out at a side , the screws then force the lot to the main cieling to keep it locked, the leftover rope running away must be cut and melted together to prevent splitting apart(weekend job, don't like to cause a fire whilst at it). the one down remains. The screws go into the base carrier heavy structure above the cieling that cannot be seen as the cieling lower structure cannot hold this weight.
