If the pivot was set at the correct depth in the joint body, all will line up in the silicone "molds" of the skeleton. Apply the one part silicone adhesive to one side of the cleaned out cut in a very thin layer, applying a band about 1 to 1.5 inches wide. The silicone will flow, and you don't want it to glue the edges together. The outer edges of the cut will be sealed with tinted two part silicone. What you do now determine how pretty she will look when she's all done.
